The stated session of Batumi City Council was held today. The members of the city council discussed the agenda consisting of 5 issues.
At the beginning of the session the Chairman of Batumi City Council- Irakli Tcheishvili, according to the legislation, presented the information about the early termination of Batumi City Council member- Ramaz Surmanidze’s authority for personal reasons.
Three months performance report of the Budget 2016 was presented by the Deputy Chief of the Finance and Economics Department of Batumi City Hall- Archil Vanadze.
By the decision made on the city council session, the temporary workgroup was created in order to study citizen-Aslan Sarishvili’s application. The members of the workgroup are specialists of the Legal Department of Batumi City Council. The suggestions of the workgroup will be presented within 2 months.
The changes were made in the membership of the standing committee of the recognition of property rights on the parcels of land. By this change the committee member- Nodar Dumbadze’s authority was terminated.
The session was attended by the representatives of Batumi City Hall, non-governmental organizations and by the representatives of public society.
