Today, Mayor of Batumi Lasha Komakhidze together with the representative of the won in tender N(N)LE “Development Academy”-Tite Aroshidze presented to the society new project “district unions” in the meeting hall of Batumi City Council.
According to the project, 14 district unions will be created in the administrative units, among them two in Bagrationi administrative union. Its activity will be leaded by the chairman, which will be chosen by the flat ownership union general meeting. Aim of the project is plan of the program and ensure of the fulfillment suiting interests of the population, improvement of living conditions, receipt of the decisions according to the necessity and demand of the populations, ensure of the involvement of the population in the process of formation of the municipal budget, finding solutions for exited problems on this territories.
Presentation of the project was attended by the members of City Council, administration of City Hall, flat unions, non-governmental sector and representatives of the society.
