There is ongoing discussion of 2019 year budget of Batumi Municipality, the main financial document is defined by 154 361,6 GEL, the priority directions are still the following: development of infrastructural projects, ecological state and development of recreation infrastructure, education, culture, support of youth, sport, health protection and social secure, economic and urban development of city, development of public services.

Together with the representatives of executive and representative organs of the municipality, discussion attended advisory board, non-governmental sector, and representatives of media.
Mayor of city is obliged to discuss remarks of the project and corrected version together with the remarks and conclusion to present to City Council for confirmation no later than 10 December.
