On 15th of September the World celebrated World Clean-up Day. Today, by Gender Equality Council of City Council was carried out primary meeting, where were discussed acting plans and opinions of the members of City Council. Plan presented by them was based on the problems and requests.

Today, Mayor of Batumi Lasha Komakhidze together with Majoritarian Deputy Irakli Pataridze visited population of Khimshiashvili Administrative Unit, where they spoke about problems of the district, they also asked to reduce interval of municipal bus movement. The Mayor of City promised to settle problems stage by stage.

130 year of awarding status of the City of Batumi was celebrated with different entertaining and cultural events, Batumi of 19th century was celebrated with different costumed movement, exhibition of handmade things.
