Today was carried out presentation of electron petition application initiated by Batumi Municipality City Council and Civil Culture International Center in Luka Asatiani meeting hall of Batumi Municipality.
Representatives of Kobuleti, Khelvachauri and Keda Municipalities attended the presentation. The Chairman of Batumi Municipality City Council Suliko Tebidze declared that Batumi Municipality was the first to establish presentation of petition in electron form.
The director of “The Institute of Democracy” Archil Khakhutaishvili spoke about importance of electron petitions and involvement of the citizens in this process is also very significant, the more population is informed about these processes the more they will be involved. Presentation of the electron petition application was presented to the citizen by the head of Cultural International Center-Kote Kandelaki. The presentation attended representatives of non-government organizations, Civil Advisory Council and representatives of society.
